Hi, My name is Mr. Mueller, 6-8th grade Art teacher. I am looking forward to another exciting quarter in art. We are off to a crazy start this quarter but I wanted to let you know that your teachers including myself are here to help you in any way that we can. I will try to communicate with you through email and you are always welcome to reach out to me with any questions or concerns. When we come back to school we will be exploring several different mediums from ceramics to watercolors. We will focus on the “elements of art” throughout the quarter, while studying different cultures and their art styles. During our elearning time I will continue to try and share links and resources so that you can continue to grow and learn about the wonderful world of art!
Students when we come back to school you should come prepared each day with a pencil, if possible it would be helpful if students had a sketchbook. A spiral notebook is fine, or a simple sketchbook, as we will do some drawing and writing each day. Please feel free to email me with any questions or concerns.

Hemos tenido un comienzo loco este trimestre, pero quería hacerle saber que sus maestros, incluyéndome a mí, están aquí para ayudarlo de cualquier manera que podamos. Cuando volvamos a la escuela, exploraremos varios medios diferentes, desde cerámica hasta acuarelas. Estudiantes, cuando regresemos a la escuela, debe venir preparado todos los días con un lápiz; de ser posible, sería útil que los estudiantes tuvieran un cuaderno de dibujo. Un cuaderno de espiral está bien, o un simple cuaderno de bocetos, ya que dibujaremos y escribiremos cada día. No dude en enviarme un correo electrónico con cualquier pregunta o inquietud.
